Ulrich Stucky is one of the most interesting figures of the second generation of modern Swiss architecture. Influenced by Sigfried Giedion and Alvar Aalto, the Bernese architect left behind a remarkable oeuvre. The book pays tribute to Ulrich Stucky’s versatile and committed personality with a number of prominent authors who knew him from close collaboration and appreciated him as a lucid interlocutor, as a generous helper, comrade-in-arms and friend.
